FEW THINGS ABOUT IREN
His concept: To live the moment and follow his dreams. He enjoys
working with young people. He always likes new projects - so
is his life is an entire project.
BACKTRACK
His passion for art and technique has not changed in his entire
life. When he was 12 years old, he would already earn some money
by restoring old motorcycles, especially BMW. He loved to work
also with electronics, where he builds transistor radios, amplifiers,
and transmitters. Simultaneously, he loves photography where
he was able to develop pictures in his own laboratory. Later,
fashion-photography became his profession. After he graduated
in Ecol'e de Humanitee, he studied Agriculture at Biologische
Dynamische Landwirt and continued to study Smith Mechanics
with a degree. In 1990, he went to America to learn to fly,
where he worked as a flight instructor, ferry pilot, commercial
pilot, airline transport pilot, and helicopter pilot.
With his enthusiasm for technique and as an inventor (he registered
various patents), he decided to start his own engineering company,
Dornier
Technologie, in 1996, which is still in business working
with Airbus and other renowned companies. That was also the
time that Iren made use of his talent as an airline pilot by
creating South
East Asian Airlines in the Philippines and started a resort,
Club Noah Isabelle, in Palawan, Philippines with his partner
Nick Gitsis. He has also created his first brand watch, Century
of Aviation where his design "Do-X 1929" is already
in the market.
